Customer Experience & Tech Support Specialist

BeBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Customer Experience & Tech Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support to customers, troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management to drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical background and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
