Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to provide technical support to customers and resolve technical issues at beBee Professionals in Ottawa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service and technical support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
