About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care team as a Customer Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our homeowners receive exceptional service and support throughout their homebuying journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective communication to homeowners regarding the status of their homes, including weekly touchpoints and construction notices.
  • Process amendments, critical dates, and deposit confirmation letters in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Document and save all correspondence and notices sent to homeowners in electronic purchaser files.
  • Assist Customer Care Specialists during periods of high call/email volumes and absences to ensure phone calls are answered live and all emails are acknowledged within our standard Customer Care Department practices.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to problem solve and share customer feedback.
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Care Specialists and Senior Customer Care Manager, complete additional tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma attained
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Experience working within a customer service experience role.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office, in particular Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to recognize and meet deadlines in fast-paced work environment while maintaining positive attitude and flexible work style.
  • Self-motivated, confident individual with the ability to work well both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills including excellent research, written, oral, and listening.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally
