Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to provide technical support to customers and resolve technical issues at beBee Professionals in Ottawa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service and technical support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
