Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to accelerate business growth, increase revenue, and enhance market share.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships that drive business outcomes.
- Leverage market analysis and trend insights to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
- Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring seamless handoffs to the client account management team and maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in business development, sales leadership, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving growth and expansion.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a history of building strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex market data and develop targeted strategies.
- Familiarity with FX markets, industry trends, and Salesforce, as well as experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Aptitude for collaboration, adaptability, and continuous learning, with a commitment to staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
- History of delivering results-oriented sales performance, exceeding targets, and contributing to organizational success.
