We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Territory Manager to join our team at Summit Search Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business within a designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve budget targets and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and expand our market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives and promotional programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments, leveraging this knowledge to drive sales and growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Territory Management or a related sales role
  • Proven track record of success in managing sales territories and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
