Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales & Traveller Champion to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating positive interactions across all our communication channels and managing leads through the entire sales process.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the entire sales process from initial interest through to final payment, including pursuing all sales opportunities and follow-up activities
- Make outbound calls to new or existing customers, and follow-up with active inquiries to provide a complete experience to any customer who contacts us
- Respond to customer inquiries (website forms, Facebook messages, chat messages and phone calls), engage with early adopters to answer questions and build loyalty from day one
- Track new leads and participate in the maintenance of the CRM database to ensure accurate, clean and consistent data capture
- College degree
- Minimum 3 years of inbound and outbound sales and customer service experience
- Fluent proficiency in English - French is an asset
