In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, developing long-term, trust-based relationships with them. Your role is to provide 'white-glove' service and understand guests' most important life and travel goals, making them come to life. Being successful in sales begins with being a customer champion.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion Customer Interactions: Oversee the entire sales process from initial interest to final payment, including pursuing all sales opportunities and follow-up activities.
  • Make outbound calls to new or existing customers, and follow up with active inquiries to provide a complete experience to any customer who contacts us.
  • Respond to customer inquiries (website forms, Facebook messages, chat messages, and phone calls), engaging with early adopters to answer questions and build loyalty from day one.
  • Track new leads and participate in the maintenance of the CRM database to ensure accurate, clean, and consistent data capture.


Key Performance Indicators:

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
* Continuously improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity
