Job Summary

The Office Coordinator Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events using Outlook or other calendar systems.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, meeting minutes, and other important documents.
  • Customer Service: Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from employees, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative setting. You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Work Environment

This position requires working in a fast-paced office environment, often under tight deadlines. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic atmosphere and able to adapt to changing priorities quickly.

Benefits
