Key Responsibilities:

  • Chef Management: Lead and manage kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food service and adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Culinary Operations: Develop and implement menus, plan meals, and oversee food preparation and presentation.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education and Training: Completion of a Culinary Arts program or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook or equivalent position in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent cooking skills, knowledge of menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
