About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Great Wall Restaurant. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chef Management: Lead and motivate a team of chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious menus that showcase our restaurant's unique flavor profile.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food safety and quality control, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency.
  • Staff Training: Provide training and guidance to junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior chef role
  • Degree or equivalent in Culinary Arts
  • Fully certified in Food Safety and Handling
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
