About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to lead our data management team across multiple locations for a large client. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging tools and technologies to roll out data governance frameworks, including policies, standards, procedures, processes, and metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Implement Data Governance Frameworks
  2. Provide Hands-on Support and Execution of Data Governance Practices
  3. Develop and Maintain an Inventory of Information Assets
  4. Facilitate Workshops with Business Partners to Identify Assets and Collect Metadata
  5. Serve as a Liaison between Business, Functional Areas, and Technology
  6. Define Indicators for Performance, Compliance, and Adoption of Data-Related Policies and Practices

Requirements

  1. Experience with Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Data Quality Practices
  2. Hands-on Experience in Data Governance Tools, Preferably Collibra
  3. 5+ Years of IT Experience with 3-4 Years of Experience in Data Governance
