About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solution Strategist to join our Solution Consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will have a significant impact on our future success by supporting the development and implementation of solutions that drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in a product-specific area. Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions is also essential. You will work collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services to deliver exceptional solutions.

In this role, you will lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and provide product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs. You will also answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.

To be successful, you must stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation. Additionally, you will support marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

This is a hands-on technical consultant role that requires the ability to develop, position, and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team
  • Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and provide product demonstrations
  • Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues
  • Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in a product-specific area
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
  • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart
What We Offer

As a Technical Solution Strategist at ServiceNow, you can expect a highly competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your location and experience. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a bonus structure tied to your performance.
