About the Role:

Foiclon is seeking a skilled Digital Solution Strategist to lead our team of designers and developers in creating innovative digital solutions that meet the needs of our users. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the overall direction of our digital products and services.

About the Job:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Mapped solutions across the digital ecosystem, encompassing multiple delivery touchpoints such as web, chat, call centers, and correspondence from a public and internal perspective.
  2. Planned and conducted user research, interviews, and surveys for both public and internal audiences, including individuals with accessibility and inclusion considerations, and translated findings into sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
  3. Identified processes, design elements, and gaps in the desired user experience/scenarios between the overall functionality of the product and business processes to ensure a great user experience.
  4. Demonstrated proficiency with design and prototyping tools, leading sprints, and scrums.
  5. Worked in a project management environment with an understanding of deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
  6. Possessed experience as a UX designer, interactive designer, or similar role, designing for contact centers, chat, web, and mobile applications.
  7. Experienced in designing public contact center programs with an emphasis on the emotional aspects of human experience, understanding the limitations and appropriate use of technologies.
  8. Had knowledge of network architecture, security, and network protocols.
