We are seeking a seasoned Technical Strategist to lead our Canada Operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving productivity and accountability across our organizations, supporting our rhythm of the business, and providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, experience with CRM systems, and excellent analytical skills. They will also be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, both within Canada and globally.

Job Description
As a Technical Strategist, you will be responsible for:
• Defining and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies
• Developing and maintaining relationships with Technical teams
• Driving productivity and accountability across the organizations you support
• Supporting the organizations' rhythm of the business
• Providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
• Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
• Master's degree or equivalent
• Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
• Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
