Job Title: Vice President, People and Culture

Crawford & Company is seeking a seasoned executive leader to join our team as Vice President, People and Culture. This role will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive employee engagement strategy to foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
  • Lead the development and implementation of talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align people and culture strategies with business objectives and drive organizational performance.
  • Design and implement effective performance management processes to drive business results and support employee growth and development.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to support HR initiatives and ensure effective use of company resources.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of executive leadership experience in a role of comparable size and scope.
  • 3 years hands-on experience leading large-scale change management and employee engagement programs.
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Personnel, Human Resources, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) or Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) designation.
