Role Overview: We are seeking a People and Culture Business Partner to become an essential member of our People and Culture team. This role will collaborate closely with leadership to shape our people practices and align them with business objectives. Reporting directly to the Vice President of People and Culture, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a thriving workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client groups, partnering with leaders to drive impactful business outcomes.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with managers to attract and select top talent, providing guidance throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Advise on enhancements to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and drive improvements in human resources.
  • Oversee compensation strategies, performance management, and talent review initiatives for designated client groups.
  • Work alongside leaders to boost employee engagement and support the development of managers and staff.
  • Proactively identify performance-related challenges and collaborate with leaders to implement effective solutions.
  • Participate in teams, committees, and special projects to influence organizational culture positively.
  • Champion our company culture by coaching management and employees to cultivate high-performing teams.
  • Analyze various data points to provide insights and recommendations that support informed business decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree; CHRP or CHRL Certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of seven years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in a business partner capacity.
  • Strong business acumen, preferably with experience in the tech industry, including startups and scale-ups.
  • Proven expertise in employee relations, performance management, and culture development.
