About the Role

RideCo Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Financial Leader to oversee the company's financial, legal, and human resources functions. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability, lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis processes, and provide strategic guidance on investment opportunities and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Capital Raising: Lead capital raising initiatives, including debt and equity financing, to support company growth and expansion, and analyze and enhance the commercial financial model involving customer acquisition cost, recurring revenue, margins, customer lifetime value, win rates, expansion, and retention.
  • Legal and Compliance: Oversee legal affairs, provide strategic guidance on legal matters, contracts, and agreements, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and negotiate and review contracts, licensing agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance, human resources, and revenue operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Designated CPA with 10+ years of experience in an executive financial leadership role, preferably as a CFO, with a track record of driving financial performance and growth in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, capital raising, investor relations, and corporate finance.
  • Strong understanding of technology business models and recurring revenue streams.
  • Solid understanding of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the software industry, including contract management and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior executives, board members, investors, and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
