Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Leader to join our team at 2726784 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
