Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in the parts store, and ensuring that all vehicle repairs and maintenance are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in the parts store and provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Conduct inspections, take test drives, and examine service schedules to diagnose vehicle problems.
  • Develop estimates and prepare repair orders, ensuring that all necessary repairs and services are completed.
  • Provide parts for auto technicians and assist happy clients in obtaining the right products.
  • Perform parts inventory audits and maintain accurate records.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and follow all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Understanding of automotive parts and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Above-average technical knowledge and a valid G driver's license.
