Client Care Specialist

SENTALER is a global luxury fashion company based in Toronto, dedicated to inspiring and empowering our consumers and community through our collections and partnerships.

We are seeking a Client Care Specialist to join our dynamic team, promoting our philosophy and values while delivering exceptional client service for online and phone customer inquiries and store clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional, personalized, and genuine client experience and support, whether in person, over the phone, or through electronic communication.
  • Manage daily clients' emails, chat, phone, and social media inquiries to assist clients in making online/store orders.
  • Provide shipping and return support for online orders.
  • Offer sales metrics and insight to senior team members.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Customer service or retail experience, preferably in the luxury industry.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Adept in building connections, rapport, and personal relationships with customers.
  • Knowledge of and proven experience with conflict resolution techniques.
  • Ability to work alone and be results-driven and flexible to change.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office.
  • Availability to work a flexible retail work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
