We are seeking a Client Care Specialist to join our dynamic team, promoting our philosophy and values while delivering exceptional client service for online and phone customer inquiries and store clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, personalized, and genuine client experience and support, whether in person, over the phone, or through electronic communication.
- Manage daily clients' emails, chat, phone, and social media inquiries to assist clients in making online/store orders.
- Provide shipping and return support for online orders.
- Offer sales metrics and insight to senior team members.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Customer service or retail experience, preferably in the luxury industry.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Adept in building connections, rapport, and personal relationships with customers.
- Knowledge of and proven experience with conflict resolution techniques.
- Ability to work alone and be results-driven and flexible to change.
- Highly proficient in MS Office.
- Availability to work a flexible retail work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
