Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at 1191408 B.C. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
The Hotel Operations Supervisor will be responsible for establishing and implementing operational procedures to ensure that all aspects of the hotel's operations are running efficiently and effectively.
Supervise and Train StaffThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and training a team of staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties to a high standard.
Coordinate and Review WorkThe Hotel Operations Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and reviewing the work of the staff members to ensure that it is completed to a high standard and that all tasks are completed on time.
Prepare and Submit ReportsThe successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting reports to management on a regular basis to ensure that they are aware of any issues or concerns that may be affecting the hotel's operations.
Assist with Client/Guest NeedsThe Hotel Operations Supervisor will be responsible for assisting clients/guests with special needs and ensuring that their requirements are met.
Requisition Materials and SuppliesThe successful candidate will be responsible for requisitioning materials and supplies as required to ensure that the hotel has the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
Requirements- Education
A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceExperience is an asset, but not required.
LanguageThe successful candidate must be fluent in English.
Work HoursThe work hours will be 30 to 40 hours per week.
