Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at R&D Developments Ltd. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Operations Management: Oversee the operation of hotel systems, equipment, and machinery, ensuring that they are functioning properly and making repairs as needed.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and evaluate hotel staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and manage hotel supplies and materials, ensuring that they are adequate and of good quality.
- Work Environment: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
