Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at 1191408 B.C. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Perform Supervisory Duties: Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Client Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Work Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Staff Management: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring that our hotel has the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
- Work Environment: Ensure that all work is performed in a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience an asset
