Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Perform Supervisory Duties: Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Assist Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with special needs and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Coordinate and Review Work: Coordinate and review the work of staff members, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, hire, and train staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order and manage the requisition of materials and supplies, ensuring that the hotel is well-stocked and equipped.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
