Job Summary:
PPEC Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Oversee the overall operation of the retail store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth, manage merchandise, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a well-organized store.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of retail management experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
