Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at NDS Holdings Limited. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Work Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and minimize labor costs.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, resolve supply chain issues, and maintain a positive store environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a standing position for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
