Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 staff members, including recruiting, hiring, and supervising.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, including managing budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a fast-paced environment.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Inventory Management: Implement price and credit policies, and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.
- Skills: Organized, team player, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Public transportation is available.
Personal Suitability- Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with staff and management to achieve store goals.
