Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Store Operations: Authorize returns and exchanges, manage cash handling and security procedures, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to sales floor staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
