Lead a Team of Realtors to Achieve Exponential Growth

New Street is seeking a high-energy Realtor Entrepreneur or Team Leader / Coach who wants to drive team growth and brokerage success. This individual will focus on nurturing new sales opportunities by fostering an environment that embraces a consultative approach and recognizes the importance of building strong relationships.

About the Role:

  • Promote innovative lead generation tools and leverage social media opportunities to attract targeted connections and relationships.
  • Develop and amplify a professional local brand to enhance the company reputation and attract followers.
  • Coordinate schedules and travel to optimize client meetings throughout the area.
  • Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards in all business dealings.
  • Collaborate with the team to demonstrate New Street's resources and expertise during the sales process.
  • Execute high-level integrity and trust with both internal and external customers.
  • Advance qualified business leads from initial contact through to sales-qualified status using strategic touchpoints and our custom Pilot Software.
  • Understand prospective clients' needs and objectives, and work with senior management to develop overarching strategic sales direction for pitches.
  • Synthesize large amounts of real estate data into cohesive market updates and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and digital innovations.
  • Contribute to team marketing efforts via content creation.
  • Attend and participate in meetings.

Requirements:

  • High energy and winning goal-oriented attitude.
  • 1+ years of previous real estate experience OR willingness to participate in a 6-month training/shadowing program.
  • Strategic thinking – contribute to high-level client strategies and creative concepts.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented multi-tasker with project and time management skills.
  • Deadline-driven – meet tight deadlines and hold team members accountable.
  • Presentation experience – verbal and visual presentation skills.
  • Unwavering work ethic and passion to succeed.

Compensation:

  • $80,000 - $750,000+, based on commissions and growth potential.
  • Diversified income sources through subsidiary businesses.

Work Details:

  • Full-time position.
  • Monday to Friday schedule.
  • On-call availability as needed.
  • Weekends may be required occasionally.
