Inside Sales Representative

Randstad Canada is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone or through email. You will also be tasked with maintaining and building relationships with existing customers, providing product information and pricing, and resolving any customer inquiries or issues.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellence in execution through providing outstanding customer service
- Drive engagement with retailers by educating products, capturing orders, and upselling
- Provide solutions to retailers by ensuring optimal inventory levels, proper distribution, and OOS management
- Help gain market share by winning through disruption
- Engage in personal development plan to participate in Virtual Force Continuous Improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience in Inside Sales or account management is ideal
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel skills)
- Persistence and agility for end goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for nurturing strong client relationships
- Ability to prioritize and be highly organized
- Full-time availability of 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, business hours)
