About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales General Manager to join our team at Skynet Aviation Services Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective execution and strategic alignment.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, promoting collaboration and driving results-oriented initiatives.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with company vision and goals.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating authority and creating optimal working conditions to drive business success.
