About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales General Manager to join our team at 13944565 CANADA INC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective sales strategies and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to meet sales targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance metrics to measure sales team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Language: English (fluency required).
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be required to work 35-40 hours per week in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
