About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager - Sales Division to join our team at Ishare Consulting Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through effective sales strategies and operations management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales division, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Financial Management: Manage the sales division's budget and financial performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Skills: Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, team player, and attention to detail.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 to 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
