About the Role

Villa Madina - Square One is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
