About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Sales Division at Technology Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to meet their targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
