Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor revenues and determine labor costs to optimize profitability.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and scheduling.
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Dental plan.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 40-50 hours per week.
