As an Executive Restaurant Operations Director, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience, managing a high-performing team, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house staff management, food quality control, inventory management, budgeting, and marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities

  • Oversight of all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Leadership, training, and motivation of a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff members
  • Maintenance of high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety protocols
  • Management of inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure proper stock levels
  • Creation and maintenance of budgets, monitoring financial performance, and driving profitability
  • Fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests
  • Addressing guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
  • Implementation of marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and sales
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulations

**Requirements

  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or equivalent role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Flexibility with work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
