Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen staff supervisionEnsure timely preparation and presentation of meals, adhering to dietary requirements and allergiesMaintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulationsCollaborate with the team to achieve set goals and objectives

Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent position
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment, ingredients, and cooking techniques
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
