Administrative Support Specialist

At MindRight Counselling & Consulting, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, preparing minutes of meetings, and maintaining inventory.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive benefits such as public transportation reimbursement and a comprehensive training program.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least one year of experience in a related field. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences

- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
