At Private Home Care, we are seeking a compassionate Family Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be physically able to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting, and have a strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A valid driver's license is an asset but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications as prescribed by our clients' physicians.
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Help clients with regular exercise, such as taking a walk.
  • Launder clothing and household linens.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Plan therapeutic diets and menus.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to our clients.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
What We Offer
