Salary Range
The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly wage of $19.75-$22.00, with opportunities for advancement and regular wage reviews.
Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Office Administrator, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The role involves overseeing various tasks, including data entry, document creation, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and first impressions
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and assist with quotes and invoicing
- Accurately complete data entry, document creation, and analysis
- General administrative duties, including maintenance of records and reports
Requirements
- Grade 12 completion
- Friendly, approachable, and trustworthy demeanor
- Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent keyboarding and analytical abilities
- Capacity to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail
