Outbound Call Sales Representative

- Leads Development: Identify and develop new leads to schedule appointments, determine customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
- Marketing Goals: Collaborate with agents to establish and meet marketing goals, including project completion and lead qualification.
- Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Licenses and Certifications: Property & Casualty license (preferred) or ability to obtain.
This role is with an independent contractor agent part of the Desjardins exclusive agent network, not with Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries.
This agent's employees are not employees of Desjardins. Independent contractor agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
