Role Overview

As a Junior Business Development Representative with Arch Staffing, you will have the opportunity to take control of your career and join a dynamic, growth-oriented team. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying, prospecting, and securing new customers using various tools and methods, with support from the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and cold calling to identify new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers to establish trust and integrity
  • Working with the Solutions Team to onboard new customers and continue finding new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an outside sales role, preferably in the freight brokerage or 3PL industry
  • Demonstrated success in sales and cold calling, with a proven track record of building lasting and meaningful client relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated, with a high level of energy and a strong work ethic
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
