Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Fresh Industries Inc. in a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree and less than 2 years of experience.



Key Responsibilities

  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Oversee the preparation of sales and orders.
  • Prepare sales or other contracts.
  • Promote sales to existing clients.
  • Identify and solicit potential clients.
  • Assess clients' needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
  • Deliver sales presentations.
  • Represent companies that export and import products or services to and from foreign countries.
  • Conduct sales transactions.
  • Use sales forecasting software.
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit clients' needs.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Reach out to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support.
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services.
  • Advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services.
  • Provide customer service.
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists.
  • Plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions.


Requirements

  • 16-20 people under supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Quick Books, and Zoho CRM.
  • E-commerce area of specialization.
  • Work under pressure, attention to detail, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player, initiative, and positive attitude.
  • Answer screening questions, such as availability for shift or on-call work, current legal ability to work in Canada, previous experience in the field, required certifications, and highest level of study completed.
