As a VP of Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's vision and strategy, working closely with our CEO, VP of Product, and senior leadership to craft go-to-market plans that set us up for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive growth and maximize ROI
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product positioning and drive customer engagement
  • Shape the vision for the Roomvo brand and all future Leap Tools brands, ensuring a strong and cohesive brand identity across all markets and channels
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a high-growth B2B tech company
  • Expertise in crafting product marketing strategies that have made a significant and measurable impact
  • Ability to think strategically and ensure the delivery of concrete tactics
  • Creative and innovative thinking, with a demonstrated ability to develop unconventional growth strategies and imaginative engagement tactics
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
