The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team at Simpplr Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market plans for new products and services, positioning products, creating differentiation in the market, and translating product features into benefits that resonate with buyers.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Research and Insights: Conduct ongoing research on our market, buyer personas, and competitors to identify key trends and opportunities.
  2. Content Development: Create deep, compelling content that drives leads and shapes the industry's perspective, including playbooks, case studies, datasheets, FAQs, whitepapers, webinars, and presentations.
  3. Product Launches: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and services, ensuring a successful launch and owning product marketing for the complete product and customer lifecycle.
  4. Sales Enablement: Build and refine solid product collateral and training materials, partnering with the sales team to understand their processes and develop the tools they need to win deals.
Your Skillset

We are looking for a candidate with 6+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS product marketing, a strong public speaker, and an autonomous producer who can work semi-autonomously. You should have a knack for storytelling, writing, and composition, with the ability to take complex ideas and make them simple, powerful, and consumable. You should also be a strategic thinker who can take a logical approach to understanding the market and Simpplr's best opportunities across segments and buyer types.
