Depuis 2014, Padam Mobility propose des solutions digitales de mobilité partagée (TàD - Transport à la Demande, TPMR - Transport de Personnes à Mobilité Réduite), pour reconnecter les territoires et rapprocher les communautés.

Pour ce faire, Padam Mobility propose une suite logicielle de solutions intelligentes et flexibles qui améliorent auprès de tous les publics l'impact des politiques de mobilité, notamment là où la demande est peu dense (territoires ruraux, péri-urbains...).

Aujourd'hui leader en Europe, Padam Mobility est un partenaire de confiance des autorités organisatrices dont Île-de-France Mobilités, TAO ou encore le Sytral en France, ainsi que des opérateurs de transport tels que la Deutsche Bahn, Keolis, Transdev, Busitalia.

Dans ce contexte, nous recrutons un(e) VP Sales International qui travaillera en étroite collaboration avec David, Chief Revenue Officer.

Responsabilités :
  1. Responsabilité de l'exécution de la vision de l'entreprise.
  2. Gestion de l'équipe de vente International.
  3. Suivi du pipeline et des prospects.
  4. Atteinte des objectifs commerciaux.
  5. Collaboration avec le Comex pour exécuter la stratégie commerciale.
  6. Développement et encadrement de l'équipe Sales International.
  7. Collaboration avec l'équipe Marketing et l'équipe Produit.
  8. Suivi du pipeline de prospects et de revenus.
  9. Reporting financier précis sur les marchés internationaux.
Qualifications :
  1. Expérience à des postes stratégiques dans l'accompagnement d'équipes commerciales.
  2. Réseau et expérience dans le monde des transports et/ou des autorités organisatrices.
  3. Capacité à élaborer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie commerciale.
  4. Parler couramment français et anglais.
  5. Expérience dans l'industrie du développement logiciel (SaaS).

  1. Style de management inspiré de Ted Lasso.
  2. Prise de décision basée sur des indicateurs commerciaux.
  3. Veille sur les évolutions du marché de la mobilité.
  4. Expérience technique avec Salesforce et d'autres outils numériques.
