**RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Lead the development of all digital and traditional brochures promoting various product lines from a strategic, planning and creative standpoint
- Lead and contribute to the planning of brochures from beginning to end, including building production workback schedules and post mortem analysis
- Contribute to resource allocation
- Organize and lead kick-off meetings with various departments and ensure a 360-degree vision of each project is implemented
- Ensure continuous optimization of all processes that have an impact on the digital brochure by coordinating with respective departments: website product content processes, translation and others
- Ensure compliance to existing processes, and suggest enhancements
- Review creative assets to ensure alignment with brand and project objectives
- Coordinate internal and external approvals, as well as implementation steps
- Communicate with project stakeholders to inform them of progress, challenges, blockers and re-evaluate deadlines when necessary
- Deliver final assets on time and as per workback schedule
- Provide print production quality assurance and review entire work from concept till delivery
- Monitor and analyse the performance of each project
- Ensure the continuity and cohesion between the various marketing projects across product lines
- Manage multiple priorities while aligning deliverables with business needs and departmental objectives
- Ensure brand guidelines are respected throughout all touchpoints
- Perform a consulting role, propose solutions, and provide the necessary support to the Marketing Managers to carry out several marketing & communications projects
- Work closely with the Destination Services team to update B2C tools (QR code content, handouts, signage, potential app, etc.)
- Contribute to identify and implement process improvements
- Stay informed about industry activity and trends

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- University degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant marketing production experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced production department
- Experience managing large-scale projects over several months
- Experience working in an advertising agency an asset
- Experience in the travel industry an asset
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Excellent oral communication and writing skills (English and French)
- Strong ability to adapt quickly, work independently, manage priorities and work under pressure
- Excellent team spirit, positive attitude, interpersonal and listening skills
- Proactivity, resourcefulness, and attention to details
- Creativity, curiosity, and appetite to challenge status quo
- Proficiency in Office 365
- Experience working with Jira Project Management system an asset
