About the Role

Mobilinq Wireless Accessories & Repairs is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth procurement of equipment, materials, and supplies to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of our business requirements to develop detailed specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies.
  • Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate offers from suppliers to secure the best possible deals for our organization.
  • Contract Management: Determine contract terms and conditions, and award contracts to appropriate parties.
  • Logistics Coordination: Establish delivery schedules and coordinate with clients and suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong client focus and ability to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Time Management: Possess excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and able to adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Multitasking: Demonstrate the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
